Santra Insaat was established in 2014 to build safe houses equipped with innovative home technologies in a clean environment. The first phase of the Santra project developed by the company in 2017 was completed and living began on May 19, 2019. The construction of the 22 thousand square meter building of the Turkish Metal Workers Union was completed in the same time period. The second phase of Santra Villa and Santra Cayyolu will also be completed as soon as possible.
